 Here are some tips on reducing your stress levels, boosting your immune system, and maintaining your health.


  • Spend time each day relaxing with meditation, yoga, or tapping.

  • Get adequate rest. Good sleep habits are necessary for good health.

  • Pay attention to your posture. You can carry a lot of tension in your neck and shoulders if you become stressed.

  • Maintain an exercise schedule and remain as active as possible even while inside your home.

  • Minimize processed and sugar-heavy foods. Instead, opt for nutritious ingredients, fresh fruits, and vegetables.

  • If you feel you might fall a little short getting all your vitamins and nutrients from food, here are essential immune-system, stress-reducing supplements:

    • Vitamin B 

    • Vitamin C

    • Vitamin D

    • Vitamin E

    • Selenium

    • Zinc

    • Echinacea

    • Probiotics


  • A first aid kit can be useful to have available for minor injuries, especially if you are quarantined. Feeling prepared for emergencies can reduce your stress level.

  • Think about what activity or hobby brings you joy and make time every day to experience it.
